Broccoli Quiche (V)

A nice warm meal - broccoli quiche is so perfect!








For this recipe you will need:


  • a 9 in pie crust
  • a bag of frozen broccoli (defrosted)
  • butter
  • mozz. cheese (1.5 cups...about 1 bag)
  • eggs
